India’s 28th no-confidence motion. Second against PM Narendra Modi. After 5 years. The last one was on July 20, 2018. Single day procedure then. 3 days this time. 8th Aug to 10th Aug 2023. No threat. BJP-led-NDA government won both. 2018 – Modi used his speech to slam Congress and Rahul Gandhi. 2023 – Modi used the speech to take on Congress, Rahul Gandhi and the I.N.D.I.A. alliance. Bharat pitch created. Bharat and Maa Bharati used multiple times. I.N.D.I.A. was rejected as an arrogant and opportunistic alliance with a short life span. Modi won the first round in 2018. Work on pitch for second round has begun.
