After twists and turns, Congress governments in both states were restored. If Supreme Court rules in Uddhav’s favour, it will be a positive boost for him in his future political struggle ahead. His faction has challenged in the Supreme Court, the ECI decision to allot Shiv Sena name and ‘bow and arrow’ symbol to the Eknath Shinde faction. A positive SC decision in his favour will make his legal and political avenues more interesting to be watched in months ahead. He can morally claim to be real Shiv Sena representative. A negative decision can likely be detrimental for his future.
